Skadi Vail Women’s Ski & Snowboard Fest, January 13-14, 2018

Inspired by the Norse goddess of winter, Vail Mountain, Vail Resorts Retail and Outdoor Divas are proud to present the third annual Skadi Vail Women's Ski Fest. This celebration of women coming together to enjoy all that the mountain and village have to offer will take place January 13-14, 2018. Female skiers and riders will be treated to customized on-mountain guided experiences with female instructors, the largest female-specific ski and snowboard equipment demo in the country, wine and cheese, and more.

Burton U.S. Open Snowboarding Championship, March 5-10, 2018

The 2018 Burton US Open Snowboarding Championships returns to Vail Mountain bringing with them the best snowboarders in the world competing to win the most prestigious Halfpipe and Slopestyle titles in snowboarding. Olympic Medalists such as Mark McMorris, Kelly Clark, Ayumu Hirano, Jamie Anderson and many more will battle it out to make snowboarding history in 2018.

The action continues off the snow from Wednesday onwards with an epic sponsor village, nightly concerts in Vail Village, and The US Open of Broomball Tournament at Solaris Ice Rink.

Pink Vail Ski Day (Cancer Awareness Event), March 25, 2018

Pink Vail on March 24, 2018 is the world’s biggest ski day to conquer cancer. Everyone has been affected by cancer in some way. People run, walk and grow facial hair for cancer. In Vail, we ski!

Pink Vail is a fundraiser that brings nearly 3,000 people, dressed in pink, together on Vail Mountain for an all-day event with live music, deck parties, costume contest and more. Pink Vail proceeds benefit all patients at Shaw Cancer Center through improvements to patient care and by funding our Spirit of Survival program, providing all patients the opportunity to receive free exercise training, nutrition coaching, emotional support, massages, acupuncture, outdoor adventures and much more.

Vail Film Festival, April 5-8, 2018

The Annual Vail Film Festival includes film screenings, discussions, music, galas and parties, and a filmmaker reception. Organized and run by the Colorado Film Institute, the Vail Film Festival is a four day event that is attended by thousands of industry experts, movie makers, and fans of creative and unique cinema.

Taste of Vail, April 4-8, 2018

The Summer Mountain Games are the nation's largest celebration of mountain sport, lifestyle and music featuring top professional and amateur athletes from around the world. Beaver Creek Rodeo Series, Thursdays, June-August 2018

Located in Avon behind Chapel Square with free shuttle service from the covered bridge in Beaver Creek Village. Vail America Days, July 4, 2018

A true summer celebration featuring exceptional entertainment including Vail’s celebrated 4th of July parade and fireworks. The parade will begin at Golden Peak at 10:00 a.m. on July 4 and will wind its way through the villages, ending in Lionshead. Vail’s parade is one of the most popular events during the Independence Day holiday. This year's parade theme is America the Beautiful!

SOS Outreach Colorado-Eagle River Ride and Roadhouse MTB Ride, July 2018

The Colorado-Eagle River Ride is a premier cycling event in the Vail Valley benefiting the non-profit SOS Outreach. We are proud to sponsor this event to support underserved youth throughout Colorado. This is one of the most scenic rides in Colorado, going from Beaver Creek Mountain Resort out along the scenic banks of the Colorado and Eagle Rivers. This unique ride not only gives riders an opportunity to ride a 102 mile, 68 mile or 42 mile course that can be difficult without full SAG support, but all proceeds go towards getting more youth outdoors and involved in a leadership program.

Vail International Dance Festival: July - August 2018

The Festival is a two-week celebration of exceptional artistry taking place in the heart of the Colorado Rocky Mountains. Festival performances will take place at the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater in Vail and Vilar Performing Arts Center in Beaver Creek.

Gourmet on Gore, September 2018

An open-air gourmet food and wine festival, Gourmet on Gore takes place along Vail's Gore Creek Drive and Bridge Street showcasing the Vail Valley's premier restaurants as well as wine, beer and spirits from around the world. There is no cost for admission and guests can sample tasting-size portions of gourmet food as well as wine tastings and other beverages at very reasonable prices. Live jazz music, wine demonstrations combined with great food and drink come together to create a wonderful atmosphere in Vail Village.
