The health and safety of our guests and employees are our top priority here at the Sitzmark. We are continuously monitoring our protocols to align with expert guidelines set forth to combat COVID-19. As a part of the effort, Eagle County has encouraged all residence and guests to follow the Five Commitments of Containment while enjoying our beloved valley:
- I will maintain 6 feet of social distance
- I will wash my hands often
- I will cover my face in public
- I will stay home when I am sick
- I will get tested immediately if I have symptoms
Although our community and local businesses are doing a lot to help reduce the risk of exposure to COVID-19, no public environment is completely risk-free. The commitments outlined above will help protect yourself and our community, both while you’re here and long after you’ve left.
Check-in time is at 4:00pm and Check-out time is at 10:00am. In order to prepare your room to our highest sanitation standards, we are unable to accommodate any early arrivals or late departures. We appreciate your understanding.
During your arrival, we ask that guests wear face coverings and utilize the hand sanitizer at the Front Desk and Lobby area. A plexi-shield has been installed at the Front Desk for your health and safety during the check-in process. Social Distancing stickers have been placed on the floors to establish proper distancing from the front desk and others waiting in line.
For our check-in procedure, our front desk agent will provide you your room information, a registration card, a parking pass and your fully sanitized key cards. All reservations will be prepaid prior to arrival to aid in the efficiency of the contactless check-in process. We will still request that your sign the registration card with one of our sanitized pens.
Our check out time is 10:00am. Upon your departure, we request that you leave your key cards in the room and close the door.
We respectfully ask that all Guests wear face coverings at Check-In and while in the public areas (Entrances, Elevator, Front Desk, Lobby, Hallways, Parking Garage, and Stairs) throughout your stay. We appreciate your cooperation. All Sitzmark Lodge Staff will be wearing face coverings and protective gloves will be worn as needed and recommended.
Following the Physical Distancing recommendations, we ask that all Guests and Employees maintain a six (6) foot distance from others.
We encourage all Guests use hand sanitizer and wash their hands frequently throughout their stay for their continued safety and health. We have added hand sanitizer stations in the lobby, at the main entrance and throughout the hotel for your convenience. All Sitzmark Lodge Staff will be washing their hands consistently and frequently. Protective gloves will be worn as needed and recommended.
The Sitzmark Lodge continuously provides a safe and healthy environment for our Guests and Employees. All Rooms are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards and with approved cleaning solutions and UV light sanitation machines.
For your health and safety, we have removed high touch items in the room such as pens, note pads, compendiums, magazines, and extra blankets and pillows from the closet. Any of these items will be available upon request from the front desk.
Public Spaces and Common Areas
The Sitzmark Lodge will continue to provide a safe and healthy environment for our Guests and Employees. All Public Spaces and Common Areas including high touch areas in the lobby and front desk area, public restrooms, elevator, stairway handrails, luggage carts, entry doors and door handles are cleaned frequently throughout the day. All areas are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards and with approved cleaning solutions.
