SKADI Vail: December 14-16, 2016
Vail Mountain will host the second annual Skadi Fest. Female skiers will be treated to customized on-mountain guided experiences with female instructors, evening VIP events, and female-specific ski equipment demos. United by a passion for skiing and the outdoors, Skadi Fest is an event designed by women for women and is offered for any level of skier.
CarniVail: February 25-26, 2017
Guests will enjoy Mardi Gras merriment and all the Cajun fixin’s from a legendary crawfish boil to the Fat Tuesday Parade and Street Festival. With a full lineup of activities including on-mountain crawfish boils, non-stop Cajun Après and After-Dark parties, Fat Tuesday Parade and street festival, fun contests, prizes and giveaways, and much more, CarniVail is one celebration not to be missed.
Burton US Open: February 27-March 5, 2017
The Burton US Open will draw over 100 of the world's best riders for four days of progressive Halfpipe and Slopestyle competitions.
Talon's Challenge, Beaver Creek: February 25, 2017
Beaver Creek’s signature Talon’s Challenge event tackles nearly 24,000 vertical and showcases the mountain’s toughest 13 black and double-black diamond runs in one day.
Pink Vail: March 25, 2017
The world’s biggest ski day to conquer cancer. 100% of the proceeds stay local, benefiting patient care and survivorship programs at Shaw Regional Cancer Center - a boutique cancer center serving residents of Colorado and around the country.
Vail Film Festival: March 30-April 2, 2017
The Annual Vail Film Festival includes film screenings, discussions, music, galas and parties, and a filmmaker reception. Organized and run by the Colorado Film Institute, the Vail Film Festival is a four day event that is attended by thousands of industry experts, movie makers, and fans of creative and unique cinema.
Taste of Vail: April 5-9, 2017
The annual three-day event showcases Vail's world-famous resort village set against dramatic mountain vistas. Participants at the Taste of Vail experience the Vail Valley's world-class restaurants, fine wine poured by winemakers and winery owners from top wineries around the globe, along with interactive seminars, auction and dance, the Colorado Lamb Cook Off, apres ski tasting and the popular mountaintop picnic sensory extravaganza at the top of Vail Mountain.
Spring Back to Vail: April 14-16, 2017
